    Dr. Peters spent the first section of his professional life in General and peripheral vascular surgery in the Pacific Northwest of the US.  He then took a sharp turn into wellness and lifestyle medicine which took him around the world lecturing on the value living the "whole life", mind body and spirit.  Now what will no doubt be his final professional assignment, he is the Administrator and Medical Director for Loma Linda University Center for Health Promotion.  His Masters Degree in Biostatitics and Epidemiology guide his research interest in the genetics and "brain chemistry of obesity"  His students, residents, and patients are met with a smile and a kind word.
